We will provide support, either by visiting customer’s home or customer can ship their product to us and we can fix it.
We have a large team of technicians, who will visit customer and fix their product.
Merchant banks may give a call to the customer and check quality and customer experience.
Booking your support session
All support sessions must be pre-booked and pre paid. Time slots are allocated in half hour blocks.
the theme or content of the lesson must be agreed with the instructor/technician before the session starts. For instance, please specify what problem you are having with your computer or what you require tuition on. Our instructor will plan the session around this information and you will get better value from the support session if you provide this information.
We are located in the United Kingdom. Please remember to account for time differences when requesting support. We can work outside of office hours but only by prior arrangement.
REFUNDS AND DISPUTES
You have the right to cancel your support session. Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the session starts will be refunded in full. Cancellations made after this deadline will be charged for the first half-hour only.
If you are dissatisfied with the service during a training session, you may elect to terminate it early. You will be charge only for the time you spent with the instructor, to the nearest half hour.
If the instructor finishes early or solves your problem more quickly than anticipated, you will be charged only for the time you spent with the instructor, to the nearest half hour.
